I have a modern 2-bedroom apartment right in the heart of MediaCity, but I’m rarely there these days, so I’m looking to rent out one en-suite double bedroom.

There is only one room available to rent. The other bedroom is my room, although I’m rarely at the apartment, so most of the time you’ll have the place pretty much to yourself!

I’m looking for someone who wants a comfortable, modern and fairly quiet place to live, and who is tidy, respectful and considerate.

You’re also right by the canal and waterfront, which is lovely for walks.

Single occupancy: £950 per month + bills

Bills are approximately £250 per month and cover:

* WiFi

So the total cost for single occupancy is approximately £1,200 per month including bills.

Couples: £1,100 per month + bills

The deposit is £1,350.

🚗 Parking

There isn’t any free parking with the apartment, but there is a nearby car park with spaces available from around £150 per month.

I’m Charlie and I’m the live-in landlord, although I’m rarely at the apartment.

I’m pretty easy-going and sociable, but I also really value having a calm and comfortable home. As I’m rarely there, you’ll have plenty of privacy and will generally have the apartment to yourself.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, respectful and considerate and who will treat the apartment as their home.
