Double room, Salford, 2 month let, bills included

Large double room available in my two bed flat in Salford, a short walk from MediaCity and the Quays. Available 5 September for a two-month let, ending 5 November. The end date is firm, so this suits someone on a contract, relocating, or between places.

The room is a good size and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe. You also get your own private bathroom, just across the hall, so it is yours alone and not shared. You would share the kitchen and living room.

£850 per month, all bills included: rent, gas, electricity, water, council tax, and broadband. One payment, nothing to split.

The MediaCity tram is three minutes on foot, with the city center a short ride from there.

About me: I am a product designer; most weekdays, it is tidy and easy to live with. Happy to share a drink and a chat, equally happy to leave you to it.

Happy to consider professionals or students. Just after someone clean, easy going and respectful of shared space.
