My current flatmate is moving out in January, so I’m looking for someone to take her place in our lovely, fully furnished flat.

Shared, fully equipped kitchen

Parking available at an additional charge
Council Tax Band C

Bills: Water and electricity are separate and are not included in the rent.

I’m a full-time working professional and would ideally like to live with someone who is clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces. I’m a bit of a clean freak myself , so keeping the flat tidy and clean is important to me.
