Hi! My name is Ashley. I’m relocating, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from November.

You’ll be sharing the flat with my current roommate, who is a working professional. She’s friendly, easy-going and respectful, and works from home around 2 days a week. The flat is generally quiet and relaxed, so it would suit another working professional.

The tenancy takeover will be arranged officially through the building management as a Change of Sharer, so the new tenant will go through the usual referencing and Right to Rent checks.

The flat is in Torrens Apartments, Salford Quays (M50), in a really convenient location for MediaCity, Trafford Park and Manchester city centre.

I’m ideally looking for someone who can move in sometime in November, and I can be a little flexible on the exact date depending on the tenancy transfer process.
