Hi! I'm looking for a new flatmate to share a modern, spacious 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in Clippers Quay, Salford (M50).

The flat has a bright, open-plan living area and an equipped kitchen, with great transport links, shops, cafés and MediaCityUK nearby. It's a great base for getting into Manchester city centre while enjoying a relaxed neighbourhood.

A little about me:

I'm a 25-year-old professional working in software engineering. Outside work, I'm into fitness, running and fashion. I like keeping the flat clean, comfortable and tidy.

I'm looking for someone friendly and easygoing. I'm happy to have a chat, share a meal or grab a drink occasionally, but I also respect that home should be somewhere you can unwind and have your own space.

🐱 Important: Cat lovers only!

I'll be bringing home my Ragdoll kitten, Snow, so it's important that my future flatmate genuinely loves cats and is comfortable sharing their home with one.

Snow will be part of the household, and I want him to live in a home where he's welcomed, treated kindly and cared for responsibly. You don't need to be an experienced cat owner, but being patient with a kitten and considerate of his safety is a must.

If you're a cat person, that's a big plus!

Who I'm looking for:

- Room: Private bedroom.
- Apartment: Modern, furnished 2-bed, 2-bath property.
- Shared spaces: Equipped kitchen and open-plan living area.
- Location: Clippers Quay, Salford (M50), close to MediaCityUK with good connections to Manchester city centre.

I'd like us both to feel equally at home, have a say in how we use the shared spaces, and create a place we're both happy to come back to.

Practical details

- Rent: £735 per month.
- Deposit and administration: £785 total (£735 deposit + £50 change-of-sharer administration fee).
- Bills: Approximately £150 per person per month
- Move-in: Between 21 and 28 December 2026.
- Tenancy: Subject to landlord/agent approval and the required referencing.
