Castlefield is literally across the road & my house is approximately a 1 mile walk to Market Street in the City Centre. Deansgate train station is a 10 minute walk away, as are the motorways, metrolink stations and all other local amenities. 20 minute drive to Manchester Airport & I also have a driveway.

Short term tenancy’s welcome & deposits are refundable at the end of the agreement, as long as sufficient notice is given beforehand & no damage to the property/ rent arrears.
