Hi, I'm Waqas, the live-in landlord of this lovely LGBT friendly house in Stalybridge.
I'm passionate about the environment and am actively taking steps to de-carbonise the house, moving eventually to a completely carbon-free residence. The insulation has been upgraded. and we now benefit from solar power. I'm constantly thinking about ways that I can make the house nicer and more modern.
All bills are included, including council tax.
I'm not overly worried about your power consumption as long as you are reasonable, you're free to set your own radiator temperature, I only ask that you discuss any high-draw items with me (ie: fan heaters, powerful desktop computers)
If you move here, please be advised that the best mobile network here is Vodafone

• CCTV via the smart doorbell camera
• Access to the smart video doorbell app, should you wish to want that access
