Living with just myself, the 3rd small bedroom is an office/ single bedroom. I work full time in mechanical engineering as a job.
Modern interior, modern bathroom with bath and shower.
Clean and tidy kitchen, use of all equipment.
Car park space on private drive.
I have a cat that is mostly inside.
Would prefer someone not working from home full time. Smoking but out side only.
