Double Bedroom

I live in a semi detached house with 3 floors. I sleep in the cellar and have my own bathroom. I have a small dog who is super friendly and 2 cats.

I'm looking to rent one of my spare rooms to someone who is ideally a professional, but mostly I'm after someone who is respectful, quiet, tidy and who will take good care of the place. Therefore I am open to discuss with students also if you meet the criteria.

I have my own business and work from home two to three days a week. The rest of the time I am at work. My dog is either with me or with neighbours when I'm at work.

I haven't listed the living room as a shared space at this is mostly Rio the dogs room. lol. I am open to the use of the room when I'm not around.

We have a nice park on our doorstep and are close to the motorway and local amenities.
