The room is available immediately, short term tenancy’s preferable (this is why I have priced the rent quite low) as I am going to be moving to Levenshulme in the next 6 months, however I will also be looking for a house mate in that property so if you are the right fit you are welcome to come along!
There is lots of storage space and also a large basement.
I a live in landlord and I maintain the house to a fairly high standard of cleanliness but I am very laid back and friendly and believe open communication is key. I am happy to socialise and show you around the local community but also enjoy my individual downtime. I have two very friendly cats so animal lovers are a must.
I currently work 6 days a week in a school as a chef in a cafe.
