Double Room in 2 bed house in Edgeley

My current housemate Keremy is moving in with her partner in October so I am looking for someone to move in. The room would be available from the 10th, but potential to move things round to make things easier if it needs to be any earlier. Ive left the deposit as £0 as I need to double check what that would be with the estate agents.
It's a lovely double room in a 2 bed house, with 2 bathrooms! There’s also a loft that's currently partly used for storage and has a blow up bed for guests, but happy to tidy it up a bit if you have any ideas for it! The house is mostly furnished, except the room advertised. I am open to rearranging the downstairs based on any furniture you bring, I want it to feel as much your house as mine! There’s also a basement for storage too. Bills are relatively low, coming to about 150 each inc internet.
It’s super close to the station, just a 10 min walk, and about 15 mins into Stockport depending where you’re heading to!
Ideally would love someone sociable who’d be up for a watching telly together, eating together or going for a pint sometimes! Send me a message if this sounds like you!
