A spacious, fully furnished double room is available immediately in a clean, peaceful home in Stretford (M32). The room comes well-equipped with a large double wardrobe and a convenient foldable desk—perfect for occasional working from home without cluttering the space.

You will be sharing the house only with me. I am a British professional who enjoys travelling, walking, days out, the theatre, and dining out. While I love staying active and exploring, I appreciate a quiet, relaxed household dynamic at home. The house features a main shared bathroom upstairs, supplemented by a separate downstairs WC, meaning there is rarely a morning wait! Outside, the property enjoys a neat front garden as well as a lovely back garden with a patio area—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

• Parking: Plenty of on-street parking is available directly outside. Please note a residents' permit is required only on match days due to the nearby stadiums.
