Looking for a female single occupant either a student or professional.
A little about me - I live with my son. Our home is homely and comfortable were we tend to be a relatively quiet and easy going household.
I enjoy cooking meals which reflect my Caribbean heritage.
Property is close to Manchester City Centre approx 10 mins in the car or 15/20mins by bus, also close to Media City, Chorlton and the Trafford Centre with excellent transport links that includes the metrolink station. There is also a retail shopping complex, gyms Pure and NRG within walking distance.
Room available is a clean, double bedroom with a TV and a separate shower room/bathroom.
There is street parking.
Bills are all included. Property is council tax B.

Ideally looking for someone who is clean, tidy, well-behaved, respectful and a non smoker.
No drugs, No smoking or partying.
I am a working friendly Mum who enjoys good conversations, music (R+B, Soul, pop, indie, hip hop, Jazz), Films, Fashion, Art, and DIY as well as being a Mum to a polite, football mad son who's in high school.
Room available from around the 30th December 2024/1st week of Jan 2025 although I can be flexible.
