Snazzy, sleek and sophisticated. we have kitted the kitchen out with all mod cons including a large range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washing machine, heat pump dryer and everything you would need to rustle up that perfect meal…..bring your own ingredients!
We thought about the living space and included a cosy sofa, coffee tables and Samsung Smart TV for that perfect night in.
The thermostatically controlled central heating in every room will make sure the place is never cold.
Weekly cleaner for the communal areas, window cleaning and garden maintenance also included.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
The enclosed garden with furniture is perfect to relax in and host summer BBQ.
There is a private car park and plenty of street parking with no restrictions.

LOCATION:
The city centre, Salford Quays, Trafford, Sale & Altrincham are accessible from the house.
