Single room with with use Double in Large Cottage

Hello my name is Sam, I am a live in Landlord of a renovated 300year old Cottage with restored original features with a modern feel.

Located in the quiet village of Summerseat, 5 minutes from Ramsbottom, 10 from Bury & 20-30 minutes to pretty much anywhere in Manchester as only 2 roads from Jnc1 of the M66, 2 Jncs from the M62 & M60 Ring Road.

The room I have is a Single bedroom with lots of storage and pull out bed with TV & Amazon Fire TV with Prime, Disney+, Netflix, Youtube Premium & Alexa Unlimited Music .

I have a Large Living room with Large 4k TV & Very good Surround Sound System and a open fire. A Large high celing with Beams Dinning room with 6 space Solid Room Table, office with use of space to work from home & Garden Room with TV & pull out double sofa bed., All as spaces to use together and/or if you want space and time to yourself, you would never be confined to just your room. The house has broadband and Alexa throughout. The garden is private and mostly not overlooked. It is south facing getting the sun all day with Summerhouse with corner sofa getting the sun until late and use of a 7 person hot tub with outdoor heating and surround sound system.

I have an 8yr old son who stays with me 3/4 days a week, a well behaved 5yr old beagle and mainly outdoor 4yr old cat.

There is on street parking & I have an attached self contained apartment that I let out a couple of weeks a month as an Airbnb, but that can also be used when guests aren't here for yourself for free or friends at a reduced rate. All bills are included.
