Large double room with private bathroom available in a spacious 2-bed/2-bath apartment in Swinton. £600 pcm including bills, with secure parking available.

I'm looking for a friendly, respectful professional to share my home with. As it's just the two of us, this would suit someone looking for a comfortable and relaxed home rather than a busy house share.

The bedroom is large and semi-furnished with a king-size bed, and you'll have your own private bathroom. We'd share the large living room and kitchen.

£600 pcm including electricity, water, Council Tax and broadband. Secure parking is also available.

I'm a working professional and work from home Monday to Friday, with my workspace in the living room.

Because of this, the apartment would be best suited to someone who is mainly office/workplace-based during the week, or works hybrid with no more than around 2 days working from home per week. This is simply so that we both have a good balance of space during the working week.

I'm friendly and sociable but also enjoy having my own space, so I'm looking for someone similar: happy to have a chat and occasionally socialise, while also having their own life.

Ideally looking for someone who is:

A working professional
Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
Friendly and easy-going
Mainly office/workplace-based
Non-smoking
Looking to stay for at least 3 months

The room is available for 3–12 months initially, but if we get on well and the arrangement works for both of us, I'd be happy to discuss extending this.

Single occupancy only, no couples or students.
