Additional space for luggage and a standalone wardrobe . Has a large VELUX window with a blackout blind. The room is very clean, fully carpeted and very comfortable.

Shared toilets and 2 bathroom/shower on first floor, shared kitchen and dining room on ground floor. Shared small back garden. On street parking available. Convenient location for buses, Swinton train station and supermarkets (within 5 minutes walk), plus a local Asda and Tesco store just round the corner. Post Office just 10 minutes walk and town centre 10 minutes walk. Manchester Victoria Station approximately 15 minute train ride from Swinton station.

Ideally a prospective lodger should be in full time employment and going out to work however hybrid arrangements considered. Also needs to be clean, tidy and relatively quiet with little disruption to the peace & quiet of the house.

(The owner is away much of the time so sharing is mainly with one other adult)
