Convenient location for buses, train station and supermarkets (with just 5 minutes walk), plus a local Asda and Tesco store just round the corner. Post Office just 10 minutes walk and town centre 10 minutes walk. Manchester Victoria Station approximately 15 minute train ride from Swinton station.

Ideally a prospective lodger should be in full time employment and going out to work. Also needs to be clean, tidy and relatively quiet with little disruption to the peace & quiet of the house & neighbours.
