Looking for a lodger in Swinton

A nice double room in a terraced house in the Moorside area of Swinton.

There is a sit/stand desk and sufficient room to work from home in the room.

There is a nice garden which you can chill out in when its nice and in which I attempt, with limited success, to grow vegetables.

1 minute walk from the Moorside Road bus stop with regular and fast (20-25 min) buses into town, although these tend to be rammed at rush hour. 10-15 min walk from Moorside Train station with 1 train an hour going to Victoria station (15 mins, I do this for work twice a week)

The room is not en-suite, and there is only one bathroom so no hour long showerers please.

I am looking for a like minded person who is chilled out and someone who I can enjoy spending some time with in the evenings.

I am open to pets, but...they need to be the right pet and I would defo want to meet them as well as you before committing to anything.

The flat has a reasonable sized kitchen, but its a little awkward for two to cook at the same time, so ideally I would prefer someone who would be up for sharing meals some of the time. I like to think of myself as a pretty good cook, but you can be the judge of that.

Council tax - B

Bills would be split evenly between us, I did this with a previous housemate through an app called splitwise, which worked reasonably well. Generally monthly bills come to about £220 each, which is mainly council tax and energy.
