Double room available in my recently renovated 2-bedroom house in Swinton (M27). The house is modern and comfortable, with a good-sized living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, modern bathroom and patio garden.

A bit about me: I'm 29, work full-time in a professional role and work from home, so I'll be around the house during the day. Outside of work I'm pretty sociable and enjoy going to the gym, running, cooking, travelling and seeing friends. I'm easy-going, clean and tidy, and like having a laugh but also appreciate having my own space.

I'm looking for someone who's clean, tidy, sociable and easy to get along with, and who respects the house. Ideally someone who's friendly and happy to have a chat now and then, but equally has their own life, interests and space.

As it's a 2-bedroom house, it'll just be the two of us, so I'm looking for someone who'd be comfortable with that.

The house is conveniently located within 5-10 mins walk from local shops, supermarkets (ASDA, Morrisons, Aldi), cafés and takeaways. There are also good transport links (bus, train) into Manchester and surrounding areas, making it a convenient location for commuting.
