The house is 5 a minute walk from Timperley Metrolink and within walking distance of Timperley Village, Altrincham Town Centre, Bridgewater Canal and National Trust Park with great transport links and easy access to M56, M60 and M6, Manchester Airport and hospitals.
The house is well looked-after and is furnished to a high standard and the single room available is not overlooked, is newly decorated and boasts lots of natural light and a view of the garden & bowling green.
