Cosy detatched bungalow near Timperley Village

The designer bedroom has a quality double bed with two drawers underneath. A custom-made 'floor-to-ceiling' double mirrored wardrobe with matching 3-draw cabinets, And a bookcase that holds the LED TV, There are also black-out curtains and blinds.


The 3-bed bungalow is airy, light and sited in a quiet residential area near Timperley Village. There’s a space for off-road parking for one regular size car and safe on-road parking on two sides as the bungalow sits on a corner plot.

The kitchen
It has access to outdoor dining and garden. It has a built-in washing machine, two fridges, microwave, toaster, slow-cooker, rice cooker, coffee making machine, induction hob, electric oven and a dishwasher. (A dryer and freezer are in the garage).


Dining area ….
Next door to the kitchen is a bright dining area that overlooks lush shrubs. (Not overlooked).


Lounge …..
Leaving the dining area you enter into the lounge that has wide windows to two sides and looks out onto shrubs. (Not overlooked).


Hall ….
Exiting the lounge leads back into the hall by the porch area. The porch is served by double-opening oak doors leading into the square hall with floor-to-ceiling cupboards. and loft with storage.

All areas are carpeted as I find that makes it feel comfy under foot and it doesn't sound like you live in a barn!


New wet room ……
There’s a new wet room with a Japanese style electronic bidet-toilet. The wet room is next door to the double room. There are no en-suite bathrooms

Study ….
The third bedroom is stylish, bright and next to the front door. This room isn’t let out but can be used as a drying room. There is a small double, wardrobe, computer table and chair in here that can be used for home working if needed.

I do have some help three times a week in the mornings.

Fairly well travelled and sociable. I'm a retired professional who has worked in the Private and Public Sector. I use a walking aid indoors and a cool Powerchair when outdoors.
Cleaner and Garden Maintenance
There’s a bonus of having a cleaner to give a once-over of communal spaces and a garden maintenance (nothing special) who also visits every other week.

Now summer is nearer I encourage you to use the outside space to find your inner gardener . The bedroom looks out over a small grassed and paved area with seating.

Theres plenty of space for bulky items like suitcases and bicycles or canoes in the secure garage.

The bungalow is 8 miles away from Manchester City Centre. Less than a mile, or 15 minutes walk away from Navigation Road Metrolink. At the end of the road you can catch a number 11 bus to Altrincham Interchange / Metrolink (7mins). Wythenshawe Hospital in easy reach and Manchester Airport is 20 minutes drive away.

Timperley is a vibrant Village with coffee shops just six minutes walk away..

If you need to burn some energy up - Timperley has a tennis courts, cricket and lacross club around the corner. And a Municiple Golf Club, running track and for star gazzers an Astronomical Society and a Country Spa Hotel to spoil yourself.

If you have green fingers and want to take the sun and see things grow I’d encourage it by buying the plants for you to plant!!
