Lovely, spacious ensuite room available in Urmston

Hi! My housemate is moving out so the ensuite room is becoming available from mid September but potentially earlier.
Very close to two train stations (Chassen road is just five minutes walk away and a direct link to Liverpool Limestreet and Manchester Oxford Road. Less than 20 minutes walk away is the larger Urmston station). The 253 bus stop is just round the corner and gets you to the RNCM in 30-40 minutes. The Trafford Centre is also only a 20 minute bus ride away (which is either a plus or a minus!) There is also plenty of space for two cars at the front of the house.

The house comes with a large open plan kitchen/dining room and a separate living room, There is also a garden that's a perfect sun trap in the summer. The neighbours are very friendly and despite being on a busy road, it is nice and quiet in the evenings.

There is a Pharmacy a short walk away, and a very good independent bakery, as well as convenience stores, restaurants, takeaways, pubs and a barber. About a mile away in Urmston Centre are more restaurants, as well as three supermarkets (Aldi, Iceland and Sainsbury's).

The bedroom has plenty of space for a desk if you're hybrid working, with a compact ensuite that includes a shower. A bed and some furniture can be included if required.

The rent will be £625 + bills (usually around £200 for ctax band C, fibre broad band, water, gas/electric and TV licence) I am an Ops admin, and I hybrid work 2-3 days in the office. I enjoy going to the theatre, burlesque and baking - it would be lovely to share with someone I can bake for!
