A lovely room in a friendly Urmston home 🌿

My home is situated on a lovely, quiet street in Urmston, close to the Urmston pub and local amenities. It has a lovely rustic-style, south-facing garden that gets plenty of sunshine.

The house has two bedrooms, a lounge, a separate dining room, and a shared kitchen and bathroom. There is also a boarded loft, offering some additional storage space for your belongings.

Great location and transport links

The house is well placed for getting around Greater Manchester, with good transport links to MediaCity, Manchester city centre and the Trafford Centre. It is also conveniently located for Urmston, Stretford, Sale and Chorlton, all offering a great choice of independent cafés, restaurants, pubs and places to eat.

If you enjoy the outdoors, there are some lovely walking spots nearby, including the local water parks, the River Mersey and the meadows — perfect for walks, fresh air and getting out into nature.

A little about me and the house

I’m a live-in landlord, although I spend quite a bit of time at my partner’s, so you’ll often have the house to yourself.

I also have a very friendly and adorable cockapoo called Ralf, who comes to stay now and again. I’m happy to consider well-behaved pets, too.

I work Monday to Friday and enjoy cooking, reading and keeping active, particularly through sport. I’m fairly quiet and independent, and I’d like to find someone who is friendly, respectful, clean and tidy, and who would enjoy helping to keep the garden looking lovely.

I’m looking for someone who will feel comfortable and at home here, treat the house with care, and appreciate a relaxed, friendly living environment.

Cost of room is £650pcm plus shared gas/electric on use per month.

I’m happy for you to bring your own bedroom furniture if you wish.
