Double Bedroom Availible in Didsbury

Looking for someone available to move ASAP! X

We are looking for a new housemate to join our 4 bed house on Burton Road as our housemate is moving out.

The house is a short walk from Burton Road tram stop.

There’s a shared lounge and dining area, spare room, 2 bathrooms, garage, large garden and parking space.

You’d be sharing with me (James), Hannah and Will (30, 25, 23). We enjoy our own space, as well as cooking, pub quizzes, music events and hikes together.

Hannah is hoping another girl is able to join the house and that we could be friends as well as housemates! We enjoy nights in, gym, cooking, going for coffees/walks and going out for drinks.

We’d love to share the house with someone outgoing, professional job and age 24-30.

It’s £550 plus bills, usually £715 total. This also includes a milkman :)

The room is available now.

Room will be free to move in whenever you would like.

Drop us a message on here if you’d like to have a viewing or for more information. Please note that with our work commitments any viewings would need to be after 6.30pm or weekends.
