Double Bedroom in West Didsbury

We’re Ella, Reina and Danielle and we’re looking for a new housemate to fill a lovely double bedroom in our spacious semi-detached Victorian house - as our current housemate is moving back home to Wales.

The rent is £505 pcm (plus approx £110 bills inc water, WiFi, gas & council tax). The house has a large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a backyard (perfect for BBQ season).

The double bedroom is upstairs, carpeted and has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house is decorated and maintained to a high standard.

We are very well located, 10 minutes walk from Burton Road met stop and high street, where we often go out to the pub. Withington is a 7 minute walk which has plenty of amenities. There is a bus stop just outside our road which is perfect for getting into town.

The road is a cul de sac making it really peaceful whilst still having West Didsbury and Withington very close by. Car parking permits are available on our road for free through the Christie parking scheme.

We are looking for someone who wants to be actively involved in the house, such as spending time together in the evenings arts n crafting, cooking tea for each other or simply rotting in front of the telly. We also love a night out watching the footy at the pub or going for a dance at white hotel. We do each have independent lives and hobbies so don’t spend all our time together, and ofc have our own space. Fyi we have a cleaning rota and like to keep a tidy space.
