Double Bedroom in Girls House in West Didsbury

Hiya, we’re Ella, Reina and Becky, and we’re looking for someone to fill a lovely double bedroom in a spacious semi-detached Victorian house. The rent is £480 pm (plus £105 bills inc water, WiFi, gas & council tax). The house has a large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a yard (perfect for cocktail and BBQ nights!)

The double bedroom is upstairs, carpeted and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. The room is a decent size and looks much better in person. The house is decorated and maintained to a really high standard.

We are very well located, 10 minutes walk from Burton Road met stop and high street, where we often go out to the bars and pubs! Withington is a 7 minute walk which has plenty of amenities. There is a bus stop just outside our road which is perfect for getting into town.

The road is a cul de sac making it really peaceful whilst still having west didsbury and withington very close by. Car parking permits are available on our road for free through the Christie parking scheme.

We love to spend time together, going to our local pub, getting food out and going on trips together! We are also equally happy doing our own thing and have lots going on independently. We have a lovely vibe in the house and all really get along.

We are looking for a young professional who would like to be social and come out with us but also have a full and independent life too. We would preferably like someone who is into running & fitness, likes to drink socially, doesn’t work from home and is a single gal - but these aren’t deal breakers! We would like someone who is looking for a long-term home with us ☺️
