Hi All! I'm looking for a new flatmate to share my two-bed place between Didsbury and Withington — my current flatmate's moving out with her partner, so there's a lovely double room up for grabs from mid - September/ October.

A bit about me: I'm 26, originally from Spain, but I've been living in Manchester home for the past few years. I work full-time, and outside of that you'll usually at the cinema, doing some exercicse like football or swimming, hiking or on walks out doors. I have quite an independent rhythm at home, but looking to find someone friendly and nice to live with.

Looking for someone with a similar vibe: chilled, considerate, does their own thing but isn't a stranger either.

The room Double bed, built-in wardrobe, and it's fully furnished.

The flat is open-plan living room with big windows and lots of light, plus a patio out back. Kitchen's got an induction hob and all the usual appliances, plus a washer/dryer. One bathroom with a shower/bath. There's a parking included, a green space right behind the house, and a lockable bike shed if you cycle.

Getting around Easy walk to the 143/43 and 142/42 buses, West Didsbury tram stop, and Burnage train station. You're also a short walk from Didsbury Village, Burton Road, Withington, and Fog Lane Park.
