Spacious Room to rent in West Didsbury

Hello!

My current flatmate is moving out to live with friends, so there's a spare room available in our flat, just a short walk from The Christie in West Didsbury. The flat's a little odd in terms of layout, with living room, kitchen, and one bathroom on the ground floor, and then bedrooms plus another bathroom in the basement. An added bonus there is that the bedrooms are really big! The room comes with the bed, a desk, and wardrobes/cupboards.

I'm a 30-year-old PhD student at the University of Manchester, and I'll be staying here for at least another year. I'm pretty relaxed, tidy, and easy to live with, and I'm looking for someone similar who enjoys a calm, friendly home.

The landlord's preference is for another PhD student.
