Spacious Room to rent in West Didsbury

Hello!

My current flatmate is moving out to live with friends, so there's a spare room available in our flat, just a short walk from The Christie in West Didsbury. The flat has very spacious bedrooms in a bit of an unusual layout, with the living room, kitchen, and one bathroom on the ground floor, and then bedrooms plus another bathroom in the basement. The room comes with the bed, a desk, and wardrobes/cupboards.

I'm a 30-year-old PhD student at the University of Manchester, and I'd love to stay here for at least another year whilst I finish my studies. I'm pretty relaxed, tidy, and easy to live with, and I'm looking for someone similar who enjoys a calm, friendly home.

The landlord's preference is for another PhD student.

£62 Water
~£70 gas and electric at the moment, though double that in the winter
