Room to Rent – West Didsbury

Our third housemate has moved out and we are looking for someone to replace him.

It's a lovely house in West Didsbury, and is a short walk to Burton Road. It is a three bed, three bath house with a shared open space kitchen/living room and garden, with gated parking.

The available room is on the middle floor, it comes furnished with a bed/mattress and has a lot of built in storage. The bathroom is next door and will be shared with the male housemate. Not a lot of room for a desk within the room but we have one in the living room which can be shared among two of us.

The house is in a great location, close to Burton Road and a 5 minute walk to the Withington tram stop.

We are a relaxed pair of friends who enjoy hanging together but also respect each other’s personal space. We'll often watch movies/tv shows together in the living room but are also out fairly often in the evenings.
