Our beautiful home is on the border of Whalley Range and Old Trafford, in between Kings Road and Upper Chorlton Road. It’s a 10 min walk to Firswood Tram stop, and it takes about 5 mins to cycle / 20 mins to walk to Unicorn Grocery/Morrisons.
Outside, to the front, there’s space for a car on the driveway, and plenty of on street parking. To the rear, there is a little garden with a raised bed for growing veg, and a rather odd pond!
Downstairs there is a decent sized kitchen, and a spacious lounge.
Currently, there is one huge double room (bedroom one) available from 1st September as a short term let for 6 months.
Bills:
Rent does NOT include bills.
Fixed bills are currently approximately £65 pcm (includes TV license, wifi, cTax). Council Tax Band C.
Utilites (gas, electricity and water) vary and are worked out according to use. (I will add bill estimate soon).
All bills are transparent, and any differences will be settled every 2 or 3 months.
Agreements:
No smoking in the house.
No meat/non-veg cooked in the house, or brought into the house, including pre-cooked meat/take-away.
No toxic chemicals in cleaning products etc… unless absolutely necessary.
We want to create a peaceful atmosphere in the house and be respectful of noise.
We want to keep the house super clean and tidy.
