I have a large 1st floor double room (ref#248671) available October 31st in Grosvenor Road, Whalley Range M16 8JP :- sharing with friendly mid- twenties professionals. The room is £580 pcm *including* bills. I am looking for a friendly, easy-going and sociable tenant, male or female. Professional or postgrad. I let on a monthly basis, i. e. with no fixed term and with no fees. But: tenants can of course stay as long as they want.
