I am looking for a clean/tidy friendly professional/working person to rent a double room in a 2 bed house for £525 per month, bills included.
Ideally I would prefer a quiet person happy to help out with the up keep of the house.
I am a friendly, helpful person that does many ambitious things which includes contacts in/and pursuing work in the TV and film industry, I also travel a lot, so I am not aways around.
A bigger double might be available for £675 the choice to be discussed.
I do not allow alcohol consumption in the house.
