I am self-employed and work from home. As well as managing property, I also work as an actor, so I often use the house during the day for work-related activities.

The kitchen is available for normal use and food preparation, subject to us working around each other's schedules and following the house rules regarding cleanliness, tidiness and ventilation.

The house would ideally suit a professional working person with a regular routine who values a calm, respectful and comfortable home environment.

The property is within easy reach of Wigan town centre, the bus station, and both train stations, with excellent links to Manchester, Liverpool and Blackpool. Free on-street parking is available.
