🖥️ This accommodation is not suitable for someone who is home all day, every day. A person must have a full-time commitment (such as work, study, or another regular activity).
🌙 Night workers are welcome as long as we can agree on a suitable arrangement. However, please note it may not be ideal for someone working nights, as I generally work from home during the day and this could cause disruption for both of us.

📅 A minimum of 3 days’ notice before move-in is preferred. If you’d like to try out the property for a week before formally signing the contract, arrangements can be made — please contact me for details.
