Professional House Share – Relaxed & Friendly

I have a room available in my three-bedroom semi-detached home and am looking for a friendly, respectful professional to share with.

I'm easy-going, and quite active l, I go to CrossFit four evenings a week and enjoy climbing on the weekends.

I'm not a big drinker and I'm looking for someone who is similarly considerate and respectful of the home. It's not a silent house — I enjoy having music on and generally having a bit of life around the place — but I'm not looking for a party house either.

I generally work from home 2-3 days a week, which tend to be quieter times in the house.

I also have Freya, my small Patterdale Terrier, who is a friendly part of the household. 🐾

The house has one shared bathroom, shared kitchen and living areas, and a large driveway with plenty of parking (space for around five cars).

I'm looking for someone who is clean, considerate and easy to get along with, and who wants somewhere comfortable to live.
