Double Room in Sociable House

2x double rooms available in our large 7 bed house in Withington.

The house is a great location - very close to Withington high street and only a 20 minute walk to Burton Road.

We are looking at getting a cleaner once a month/every other month to clean communal spaces so a £5 contribution from each housemate would be necessary when we do that.

We are lucky to have a huge garden and make the most of it whenever the sun is out. There is also two driveways and free on-street parking so if you drive then parking won’t be an issue. We also have a communal smart TV with all streaming services in the lounge.

Currently there are 4 boys and 3 girls living in the house between the ages of 25 and 28 (but 2 boys are moving out end of Jan). Most of us are young professionals but we also have a final year dental student and physician associate on placement year in the house so we are pretty open-minded about who moves in.

We all get on well and are pretty sociable so we would be looking for someone who matches the vibe. During the week, there is usually someone around to chill out with, and at weekends we’ll sometimes head to the pub or different events around Manchester.
