Room in Withington

We have a room in our flat in Withington available from 6 Feb! We are right by the Christie so would be ideal for anyone working there, otherwise a bus into the city centre is only 25 mins and the bus stop is a 3 minute walk away!
Massive living area with loads of natural sunlight throughout the house.
We are a sociable household, but also respect each others space! We would love someone to move in to hang out with and who fits our vibe. We aren’t a party household, but like the occasional drink and post pub karaoke session in the lounge!!
We are both working professionals, both from New Zealand.
You must be in full time employment and have references.
