3-6 month sublet in a girly Withington houseshare

Hi there!

I’m subletting my room from January 18th 2027, for a minimum of 3 months and maximum of 6 months as I'm going travelling!

We're a cosy, artsy vibes, super relaxed household all female aged 25-27 and only looking for women/nb (LGBTQ inclusive) <3

Looking for a young professional or mature student who enjoys doing things together as a house, it’s important to note that this is a home and not just a house share and want whoever is joining to be on the same vibe🫶🏼🙌🏽

We have a nice garden so in summer look forward to garden parties, BBQs, and cute sunbathing sessions playing cards and listening to music🌻🌞 In the winter we like to binge Traitors and hang out watching movies or going out to the pub/gigs

We have a cat called Tinkerbell she is a very sweet elderly rescue, she is looked after by everyone so if you move in you'd need to be okay feeding her/taking turns with the litter tray 🐈‍⬛

It’s a large double room with a king sized bed, the rails on the wall will be clear for your clothes as well as two of the drawers 💖

We are in between Withington and West Didsbury, being about a 10 minute walk from both Burton Road and Withington high street. If you don't know these areas both have great restaurants/bars/takeaways/cafes. We are also between Hough End gym and Withington Baths which is really handy. Transport-wise we're less than a 5 minute walk from the 101 & 103 buses, and less than a 10 minute walk from the 111 bus, Withington & Burton Road tram stop - all of which take you straight into town.

Rent is £700 and this includes all bills (council tax, water, gas, electric, TV license, broadband, and WiFi), the deposit is £600 🌸
