🏠 Room Available – Tenancy Takeover

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 5 bedroom student house 🫶

📍 Around a 15 minute bus journey to uni
🛏️ Downstairs bedroom with a desk and wardrobe
👭 The other housemates are all girls and are really friendly
🚿 2 bathrooms
🛋️ Open-plan kitchen and living area
🧺 Washing machine + dryer
🚗 Free parking at the back of the building
💷 £684.67 rent + £100 bills = £784.67 per month
📅 Available to move in ASAP

This is a tenancy replacement, so the tenancy would be transferred to the new tenant with the landlord’s approval.

The photos are the landlord’s and are of a similar flat in the building, so they’re representative of the layout and finish.

I’m happy to send over any more information or answer any questions, just message me if you’re interested x
