LGBTQ+ preferred and Vegan/Veggie Household, looking for a like-minded young professional housemate to join a friendly and social house.

-double room, has a large double bed, desk and plenty of storage, wardrobe, shelves and drawers. Overlooks the back garden.
-the house is furnished and has all your basic amenities
-there is a small spare back room which can be used for storage, a workspace or gym. Comes in handy if you have friend of family staying for the weekend.
-large shared kitchen and medium sized living room
-Council Tax Band B
-Bills aren’t included in rent but amount to around £80 a month this includes super fast WiFi which is very helpful if you work from home.

-the area is well serviced by public transport: a few minutes walk from a bus stop where you can take the 87/111 into town, just under 15 minute walk to the Burton Road tram stop.
Free on street parking, however you do need to apply for a permit due to the house’s proximity to the Christie.

The house is also a few minutes walk from the heart of Withington, bars, cafes, a co-op and a corner shop are less than a 5 minute walk.

About me:
I am a 23 year old History and Politics graduate, originally from Belfast, North of Ireland but have been living in Manchester for 5 years and currently working at Rudys on Peter Street so lots of free pizza! I am very into rock climbing specifically bouldering and am always keen to introduce others to the sport if you are up for it!
Household vibe-
I enjoy quiet nights in but also going out for a few pints post-shift.
I tend to have 2 parties a year, usually one in the winter and a summer bbq.
Whenever I have the evening off work I enjoy cooking, as such there is always an extra portion going of some nice nutritious vegan food.
