Spacious bedroom with en-suite

Cozy ground floor flat with a spacious, bright bedroom and en-suite bathroom including shower. The bedroom also has patio access to the communal back garden. Close to Withington high street with bus stops right outside the building and a short walk to Burton Road tram stops. We have plenty of appliances (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dryer, rice cooker).

Council tax band B and no gas in the flat so the only bills are electric, Wi-Fi, and water.

I’m Issy (24) and I’m a TA working from 8:00-4:30 Mon-Fri. Louis (26) is a freelance pianist, singer and music teacher, working different jobs every day of the week at various times, though mostly during the day (all teaching jobs take place outside of the house).

This is a super relaxed environment, we’re very easy to live with! We keep it tidy and it’s a comfortable place to be creative and chill out.
