5) When I’m at home, the living room acts as my home office as the back corner is where my office area/desk is located though I’m likely to be out the house most of the time seeing friends and family.
6) The communal/shared areas are to be kept clean, tidy and free of clutter at all times, everyone is to clean up after themselves and not expect others to clean up after them. Items that have been used are to be replaced after use that same day for use by others.
