I will be a live in landlord that works mainly nights and occasional weekend days. I have a 5 year old Cockapoo that I drop at my parents when I’m working.
The house is a three bedroom house, with kitchen (double oven, hot plate, dishwasher), utility (washing machine and dryer) , living room ( 70 inch tv, virgin and WiFi), dining room, large shared bathroom with double walk in rain shower. Low maintaince back garden with Astro turf and hot tub. The third bedroom I use as an ironing room.
I’m looking for a person to treat my home as their home, not just renting a room. I consider myself a very clean and tidy person. I love to travel, partial to a glass of wine when I’m not working.
