Perfect for Airport Staff (preferred). We all work shifts at the airport, so this is perfect for an airport shift worker since we all understand not common working hour with late arrivals or very early departures when normal workers are usually sleeping.

The house is at wallking distance from the Airport. Between 15 and 20 minutes walk to T2 and 20 to 25 to T3/T1. (400m from Dakota Hotel, in front of your window)

600£ a month, all bills included (council tax included) and internet wifi included.

Shared living room with EE tv (Moto GP and TNT Sports + Discovery), Shared Kitchen, Shared Bathroom, Shared Patio and BBQ), shared fridge and freezer (one big fridge and a small freezer for the tennants), one kitchen cupboard allocated. Kitchenware shared and dishwasher. Parking space always available out in the street since is a cul de sac.

The room is furnitured with a king size bed (the room is for one person), a wardrobe, a drawer chest and bed side tables, ready to move in.

The house has been painted and re-carpeted short ago, the room has been refurbished recently too.

We are looking for an easy going person. I'm an aircraft engineer and our room mate is cabin crew, and we are looking for a similar profile, for long term, that can be part of the family. We make a big effort to make averyone feel at home, the rules are so basic that there is no need to tell much (clean, organized and calm person). We will go through it if you come to see, but very basic, we don't do this for bussiness so we don't want "customer" vibe....we want "family" vibe.
I'm Spanish, my Partner is Polish and our house mate is Southafrican, we all are living like a family in total trust and we help each other.

If you commute from far to MAN airport, this will give you many hours back every day to enjoy live. I personally walk to work everyday, the time my colleagues use to park in the jet parkings and take staff bus to terminal and arrive to office is twice than I need to get there from home. By the time they get back to their car at the end of the shift I'm already at home. That's a plus.
