Large double room available (ex Airbnb) 20min walk from Mcr airport/5 min drive. House shared with one other mature male in the other room. Suitable for single person. Any other guests charged per night.

I come back to work in the shed at the side of the house every other Mon & Tues but stay in the downstairs section of the house with my own bed, kitchen, toilet and entrance so you can be unaware I am there.
Current lodger smokes but uses a seating area at the front of the house to sit and smoke. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house. You can pay the deposit over a few weeks to make it more affordable but must be in for minimum term of 3 months so deposit is paid then.
4 weeks notice required to leave which will be taken from deposit if not given.
