Room for lodger renting

A room is available for rent. Living room, bath/toilet, and kitchen are shared spaces. Only cats are allowed as pets. Smoking, drugs or alcohol are not allowed. Visitors are not allowed without prior permission. A female with professional background specifically medical background is preferred. The house is close to shopping amenities and public transport. Parking is on the road. Rent includes bills and is paid monthly in advance of the month. Room only has a wardrobe. You will need to get your own bed. Any electric or electronic is allowed only with prior permission. Broadband/internet is included in the rent. Passport and legal document for staying in the UK has to be shown/evidenced prior to being allowed in the house. Cleaness and housekeeping is essential requirement for staying in the house. No personal furniture is allowed in the house apart from the rented room.
