The bungalow is situated in a quiet, safe, and secure area.
The property is within walking distance of Monmouth town centre and benefits from good transport links. There is a bus stop nearby, and the main road to the Midlands, Newport, and Cardiff is easily accessible.
Rent includes all bills and is payable one month in advance, with no exceptions. The property comes fully furnished and equipped with all white goods, appliances and kitchen essentials.
We are looking for a clean and tidy lodger who will be respectful of the property and considerate of the other residents.
