Kitchen: storage in wall units, 1 cutlery drawer. and 1 shelf each in the fridge and freezer Use of washing machin. Gas hob, electric oven, kettle, microwave, Ninja Foodi multicooker, electric toaster, sandwich maker and food blender.
Washing machine and access to the balcony to hang out washing.
RENT:
Monthly rent is £475 per month for each room, inclusive of all bills. However, lodgers will need to provide their own bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Respect of one another's space and privacy is key to comfortable cohabitation, and, although I use the living room as my bedroom at night, during the day, and when I am away, it is open, and I welcome lodgers to come in, chat, watch TV and also use the table and chairs for meals, by arrangement.
I am about 90% Vegan, 10% vegetarian and would prefer not to have meat or fish cooked in the house, but I ask that at least the kitchen door is closed and the window open, to release the smell of cooking these, especially fish. I have a separate Nenja Foodi container for these foods.
