I’m offering a large, comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed in my well maintained three-bedroom terraced home, situated in a great location on the east side of Newport. The property is conveniently located within approximately 1.5 miles of Newport town centre, the train station and bus station.

A little about me and the household

I’m a working professional and work from home two days a week, usually Mondays and Fridays. I tend to spend most weekends away, so I’m generally only around during weekday evenings.

I take pride in my home and like to keep it clean, tidy and well looked after. I’m looking for a considerate, respectful professional who shares similar values and would appreciate a relaxed, friendly and well-maintained living environment.

My current tenant has been living here for two years and is moving on on 1st December. They’ve kindly offered to provide a reference if required.
