Modern kitchen which includes, breakfast bar with seating for 3, cooker, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, sink, washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge freezer and additional freezer.

Room only (shared house) - Single occupancy only per room.

Previous landlord reference and or work references required, guarantors will be considered if the above are not available.

One months rent and one months security deposit required upfront. This will be placed in a secure deposit scheme.
