Double/king room in queer friendly home

Hi! I'm River (she/they) and I'm looking for a housemate to join me in enjoying the home I've created.

It's me and my sweet little cat Teslin in our two bedroom house. The house has a good size lounge, separate diner and kitchen, lean-to style conservatory (aka "the ranchery"), understair reading/meditation nook, bathroom with a great shower (no bath yet sadly!). There is a lovely garden, with lawn, apple and pear trees and patio areas which are great for sunbathing and BBQs in summer and good for fire pits right now through winter.

I work a 4 day week and work from home at least 2 days a week. The photos of the room show the current furniture setup to give an idea of how I've been living in the space. I'm happy to get a similar setup or get in a double bed and desk if that'd suit the right housemate better. Alternatively if you have your own furniture you'd like to bring to the room that's an option for you.

I'm looking to bring in someone from the LGBTQA+ community to share this space of rest and creativity. Ideally you'd be happy to share in activities like joining with friends to go on adventures or to gigs but also happy to have space to do your own thing. I'm a sociable independent person so similar would be a good match. It'd be nice to share meals occasionally but with no expectations. Someone who's happy to help with keeping it a tidy and clean home is important to me. It's not a fully sober household but soberish so wouldn't suit daily drinkers or weekly wild ones.
