The room available is a double room with a comfortable double bed, a large triple wardrobe, big chestnut drawer, a computer table with spin chair, a sofa to relax. You will have your own ensuite bathroom - this will not be used by anyone other than yourself. The room is for max 2 person only. It will be a Perfect place for working couple or friends who wish to share room.

The house is a middle terraced house, it has a downstairs WC for urgent use, a shared kitchen with all built in appliances, shared washing machine with dryer, dedicated fridge/freezer space only for your use. There is a south facing garden. There is a driveway for 2 cars (1 car space dedicated for you). The house has wifi.

I am looking for working professional(s) or students who has experience of sharing. I am looking for a tenant who is clean, tidy and respectful of other people’s belongings and privacy.

I work from home some times and ideally looking for someone that doesn’t work from home to ensure we’re not ‘on-top of each other’ all the time. But it is not a must requirement. Can be relaxed.
