I currently call home a charming three-bedroom semi-detached house, which I share with my flatmate Soto, a 34-year-old local financial analyst who often spends months back home in Greece. He is departing come the first week of July 2026 after spending 30 months here.
Our shared spaces include a spacious garden (under renovation), a well-appointed kitchen and dining area, and an upstairs converted office that has been transformed into a cosy lounge.

I'm seeking a minimum 6-month commitment, with a one-month deposit and one month's rent upfront.
The utility bills and fibre broadband are included in the monthly fee.

The ideal person would be a working professional, clean and tidy, a non-smoker, and have no pets.
